Each year, as a part of your account with SimplifyGive we are required to complete a PCI SAQ-A Questionnaire. It basically is telling the processor that you are continuing to maintain the standards as a PCI compliant account.
Most of the items are general for all merchants and probably don’t apply to churches specifically but we’re still required to have a SAQ-A on file for you. Not having it on file can result in additional charges to your account from BaseCommerce that we want to avoid.
We’ve put together a short video tutorial to walk through the questionnaire and show you exactly how to answer the questions. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
